Started on the overhaul of the German translation:

- The previous translator mixed "Du" and "Sie", I stumbled upon
  "Du" at first and decided to stick with that.
- The poedit extra headers have been removed; a proper plural
  configuration has been added.
- Many strings have been misspelled and were thus fixed, though
  there is still lots of work left.
