+If you cannot install because of reason x or y, you can :
+
+* get some help on IRC channel #indefero on the FreeNode servers;
+* ask your question in the [discussion forum](http://groups.google.com/group/indefero-users);
+* or sign-in and [submit a ticket](http://projects.ceondo.com/p/indefero/issues/create/).
+
+You will get answers within few minutes on IRC as usually we are 15 or more people hanging around. With the discussion forum and a ticket, it may take a little bit more time.
